1. How do I order?
It is very simple to order, just follow the three steps described below and you can have the domain name you want:
Step 1: Chose the domain name you want and verify in the domain checker if it is available. You can order several domain names at the same time (e.g. my-company.ro or mycompany.ro) or several extensions for the domain name you need (e.g. my-company.ro, my-company.eu, my-company.com). Buying several domain names is a small investment but thus you can avoid future possible trouble.
Step 2: Fill in the ordering form with your personal data. Once you filled in all the form fields and submitted your order, you will receive an invoice via the e-mail address you mentioned in the ordering form. After receiving the invoice, please make your payment by using one of the payment methods mentioned on the invoice.
Step 3: After making your payment, please confirm it to us by sending the payment confirmation to the e-mail address comenzi@beonline.ro by scanning and attaching it to the e-mail you send us. As soon as you send us the payment confirmation, we will register your domain name within a maximum of 24 hours starting from the moment we received your confirmation.

Your domain name is registered within a maximum of one working day starting from the moment we received your payment confirmation. Usually, it takes less than one working day to register a domain name.

4. How do I choose the domain name?
First of all, a domain name is essential due to the exposure of your own website as far as it concerns the web optimization and choosing a domain name is important since you need to take into account the key words used within the website. 7. How can I manage the domains I purchased?
It's very simple, enter the http://www.beonline.ro/admin and there you find guidance to manage your domains. However, be aware of the fact that the domain administration is only allowed to the domain holders.

8. The domains administration interface management is not working. What can I do?
For a proper functioning of the administration interfaces, you must enable cookies in your Internet browser. To do this in Internet Explorer, open it, then go to Tools> Preferences> Privacy and set the cursor on Medium, then click OK button. To do this in Mozilla Firefox, open it, then go to Tools> Options> Privacy and check ‘Accept cookies from sites’ then click OK button.

9. I cannot remember the password for my domain administration. What can I do?
In the login interface for domain administration there is a password recovery option. If you use, you will shortly receive the password on the e-mail you provided at the time of domain registration.
